SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be packed with care in Eco Friendly rigid mailers.

When will my order ship?

​

Processing time is 3 to 5 business days and an additional shipping delivery is 3 to 5 business days (domestic). Fast delivery is not guaranteed. I am a one-person team with a full-time job so how soon I get out your order depends on how busy I am.

Can I schedule a pick-up instead?

​

I prefer to ship web orders, but if you wish to waive the shipping cost I do accommodate pick-ups. 

 

When your pick-up order is ready I will send an email to the address you provided at check-out. Please email me to confirm the time and date you plan to pick up before arriving to guarantee I am in the office that day. Please arrive at the assigned time since I will be on break from work when you come to pick up your order. In the event you cannot make the allotted time, we can possibly arrange another pick up date, but I cannot guarantee I can work with your schedule. If you fail to show up at the arranged time, I will not contact you again. Reach out to me to reschedule your date.

Please park in the front visitor parking lot (do not go around back). You will see a large fountain and "M" on the side of the building. You may enter the front double doors and I will meet you in the front lobby or your order will be waiting at the reception desk.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

Why is shipping to my country so expensive?

​

Shipping anything internationally is expensive. Unfortunately I cannot control the rates and do my best to keep my order shipments as low as possible.

When will my order arrive?

​

If you are in the US give 1 to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. If you are international, please allow up to 4 to 5 weeks. The postage I use is inexpensive so it can take longer than expected. If it has been longer than the allotted time, please contact me with your order number and full name. You can use my contact form located at

the bottom of my website.

Something is missing or extra in my package

My bad! These things happen and I would be more than happy to get your what you ordered! You can use my contact form located at the bottom of my website and send me your full name, order number and the item you are missing. I will resend your item. 
 

My package came damaged or I believe it is missing

 

Please contact me with your order number and full name if something is damaged or missing. I will do my best to refund or resend any order. My packages offer tracking so I can sometimes track down where your package might be. You can use my contact form located at the bottom of my website.

 

I ordered a painting/original piece and it got lost in transit. Can I get a refund?

 

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds on original, custom or commission pieces. 

 

I got my shipping confirmation a while ago and my order still hasn’t arrived…
